- Booking
- Register for childcare in the Feuerstein app. Set join and pick-up windows because groups leave the room for outdoor or other activities. Private babysitting is extra and should be booked no later than the day before. The published 70 weekly hours span babies through teenagers and are not a guaranteed individual baby slot.
- Sleeping arrangement
- Family rooms, suites and chalets have a separate children's room. Double rooms do not. Cot for children up to two years. Main-building rooms and chalets have roller blinds; suites have curtains.

Overview
A 5-star baby hotel at 1,300m at the far end of the Pflersch valley, 15 minutes from Sterzing. The Baby & Mini Room takes children from birth to 5, daily 09:00-16:00 and 18:00-21:00, with a nap space and homemade porridge, and regular care is included. Family rooms, suites and chalets have a separate children's room; ordinary doubles do not. The honest catch: you are in a quiet Alpine valley rather than ski-to-door (Ladurns is 4km), the published 70 weekly hours span every age group, and there is no beach. Best if you want from-birth care and a 34-35C baby pool.

Beach Reality
No BeachNo sea. Head of the Pflersch valley at 1,300m, 15 minutes from Sterzing, with a paediatric hospital in town. Garden bathing pond July-August: 1.4m at the deepest point, shallow shore. Indoor baby pool 15 m2 at 34-35C. Innsbruck about 50 minutes, hotel transfer €190 a journey; Brenner station €50, Gossensass free. Ladurns ski area is 4km (courses from 4; hotel garden magic carpet for under 4s).
Buggy Friendliness
FairThe hotel publishes pushchair-friendly paths and loans buggies, prams and carriers for a deposit. Winter roads are cleared; winter tyres are enough. Ski-course children use the hotel shuttle; the public ski bus stops in front of the hotel. The valley-head route has not been independently walked.
