Beach reality

No beach on site. The nearest sand is Highcliffe or Bournemouth, 25 minutes south by car, with typical south-coast shelving and summer crowds. The New Forest substitute is Lyndhurst paddocks, flat cycle paths, and the hotel outdoor heated pool. Treat any beach day as a one-off excursion, not the daily plan. Pool is the swim venue for babies.
